By browsing our website or placing an order via Duo Arthouse you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please ensure that you read these carefully before placing your order.
ORDERS & PRODUCTION TIME
We provide our artworks on a bespoke, made to order basis, Australia-wide.
We estimate production time of between 2-3 weeks for our framed artworks. In the event that you require delivery within a certain timeframe, please contact us immediately via support@duoarthouse.com.au and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our artworks on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor display of any colour will be accurate or reflective of the printed artwork. We similarly cannot control any minor variations in colour which may occur as part of the printing process.
PRICING
We are proud to offer framing and shipping of our artworks free of charge, Australia-wide.
We reserve the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
PAYMENTS & SECURITY
Payments made via the Duo Arthouse website are processed using a third party payment gateway, Shopify. We do not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website. For more information about the collection of your personal information, please review our Privacy Policy here.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Duo Arthouse is the rightful owner of the original artwork published on this website and advertised for sale.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the artwork/s purchased or viewed on this website, without express written permission from us.
LIMITED EDITION PRINTS
Any print sold as part of a ‘Limited Edition’ will be limited to the stated number of prints within that edition. The edition number will be marked on the certificate of authenticity, which is affixed to the back of the purchased print. No identical print, in any size, will be reproduced for sale beyond the stated limited edition number.
CUSTOM ORDERS
If you would like to place a custom order for a particular print, commission, or frame, or for an order outside of Australia, please get in touch at support@duoarthouse.com.au. We welcome the opportunity to work with you on your dream artwork and delivery to an alternative jurisdiction, however prices as advertised on this website will not apply. Depending on your requirements and our capacity to fulfil those, we will advise you of a price for your custom order.
We are also pleased to offer trade pricing for orders of more than 10x prints. Please contact us on support@duoarthouse.com.au for more information.
SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these terms and conditions are determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these terms and conditions, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
