RETURNS POLICY 

Duo Arthouse is proud to offer our artworks on a made-to-order basis. This aligns with our environmental commitments by minimising waste and our focus on providing the highest quality, bespoke artworks for customers and collectors.  

This means that all orders are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. This is to the exception of applicable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Accordingly, please ensure that you carefully select your artwork print and dimensions before proceeding with your purchase. We are also unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders more than 24-hours from the moment the order is placed.

If you have any concerns or queries about your purchase, please let us know immediately so that we can work with you to address and resolve them.  

We will take all appropriate steps to ensure the prompt and careful delivery of your artwork. In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged in any material way prior to being delivered to you, and you notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs clearly demonstrating the identified damage in our original packaging, we will provide you with a replacement artwork, free of charge.
